Strength and Conditioning Class - Ages 9-14 or Beginner Lifters
This class is for athletes who are beginners in the weight room and younger athletes who need more basic instruction. The athletes will get stronger, faster, and more athletic in an age-appropriate setting. They will be taught good form for basic strength movements, athletic positions, and simple running form. Their workouts are programmed for them to improve week to week and month to month, so they are not doing randomized workouts. The sessions are twice a week for a month:
M/W from 5-6 PM and 6-7 PM
T/TH from 5-6 PM.
Best Athletic’s Member Price: $140 per month
Non-Member Price: $200 per month
Personal Training
Personal Training is for those that want one on one instruction and programming in the weight room. This service is available both online and in person. Please contact Best Athletics Strength and Conditioning to inquire for different price packages.
High School Girls Strength and Conditioning Class
This class is for older female athletes with more experience in the weight room. They will get stronger, faster, and more athletic in advanced settings. They will perform basic strength movements, Olympic movements, and advanced plyometrics. They will follow programming to improve week to week and month to month. We will work with any team workouts the athlete already follows to ensure balance to their programming. These sessions are twice a week for a month:
M & W : 7-8 pm
T & TH : 7-8 pm
Best Athletic’s Member Price: $140 per month
Non-Member Price: $200 per month
High School Team Programming or In Person Coach
Coach Haylie Best is C.S.C.S certified, which qualifies her to train high school athletes in a team setting. This will ensure the team follows a program to progress them over time, and adjusts workouts and intensities to whether the team is in season or in the off season.
